Secrets to Happy Family
After my son, Frank, practices meditation, he changes in better way a lot. He has more responsibility by himself that we feel surprise and really happy. He can do his homework, help house chore, take care his grandmother and his siblings when we are not at home. Sometimes that we go out for travel together like to the sea, Flank and Faye (his’s sister) always said this good place to meditate and they invite us to join both of them. Our family is happy family now. We always encourage this meditation and universal goodness 5 project to share to other family to have good thing like us.
Meditation saved my life anxiety
From practicing meditation, my mind is better from depression of getting widow. I have changed from crying person to happy person every day. It makes me lived my life stronger. Especially my son is autistic child. Before I have learnt meditation, it is not easy to handle him, so when I got technique of let it go and sharing good deeds and good energy from meditation for him. He is easier to handle already. It is grateful and I feel so glad that I am able to learn and do meditation.
Meditation changed my personality
I have great important impact from meditation in my life then I encourage my daughters and practice meditation at home together. I am the kind of person to giving respect more to others, not blame to them as before. I am calm down, even I have many work in school and usually do over time, now I can manage better not worries as before. I feel more comfortable and can manage it better. How meditation affected my life
Meditation helps me a lot. Even if I only slept for 4-5 hours, I didn't feel dizzy and weak when I wake up. After I started practicing meditation, even for a few minutes every day it makes me feel light and I avoid stress. I don't have frequent headaches and I rarely see the doctor. When I meditate I can see a spark, and that inspired me to sit longer. Sometimes I don't want to sleep, I want to maintain the nice feeling. Meditation helps my mind at ease and appreciate life. I hope more people practice meditation to help them with their everyday life and attain peace.
